Built on purpose
We started StaffingIT to focus on the searches that matter. We won't over-promise on volume or claim relationships we don't have yet.
What we don't do
No spam resumes, no keyword-only screening, no undisclosed markups, no exclusive contracts before we've earned trust, and no candidate submissions without your written consent.
How we make money
Standard contingency and direct-hire fees paid by employers, disclosed in writing before we work together. Candidates are never charged for anything.
Where we focus
